My journey

“ʻO ke ao kēia e manaʻo ai ʻoe.”

The world is as you think it is.

Health and well-being have always been at the very core of my life. Raised through homeschooling, I developed a natural curiosity early on, along with self-directed learning habits and a deep appreciation for holistic approaches to living systems. I’ve always had a thousand interests and a constant drive to understand the world from every angle.

Sports long served as a guiding thread for me. By exploring numerous disciplines, I learned to listen to my body and care for it, first to recover, then out of a desire for deeper understanding, and eventually by pushing past its limits. Through coaches, reading, and travel, I gradually discovered lifestyle habits that made true sense... and others that only fueled my imbalances.

That is how my own health journey led me to naturopathy. Having faced food intolerances since infancy, I spent years searching for natural, simple solutions tailored to how my body works. I explored countless therapies, diets, treatments, exercises, and practitioners. Then one day, everything began to click.

Where symptoms seemed isolated, causes remained blurry, and conventional medical answers felt incomplete, naturopathy came in and connected the dots. Suddenly, the puzzle pieces fell into place.

That was the moment I realized you cannot treat a symptom without looking at the whole person. The body, emotions, lifestyle, diet, and mind are in continuous dialogue. To deepen this perspective, I enrolled in traditional European medicine at the EPSN in Lausanne. This training provided me with concrete tools to guide others toward their own balance; one that shifts, evolves, gets lost, and is found again.

Today, my wish is to share what I have learned through both personal experience and formal knowledge. I want to help those who feel lost, discouraged, misunderstood, or simply curious. I know firsthand how heavy certain imbalances can be to carry especially when they go unheard and unexplained.

We do not see the world as it is, but as we are .”

My journey

My path to naturopathy (MTE) unfolded through a series of pivotal moments , encounters, and experiences that led me to see human beings in a new light. The initial spark ignited when faced with a so-called "incurable" illness: confronted with the lack of solutions, a persistent curiosity drove me to seek the "why" behind everything. This profound need to understand the mechanisms, the underlying factors, and the interactions of health naturally guided me toward naturopathy.

For the past seven years, I have enriched my background through two complementary schools . These years of study initially shaped my Cartesian and analytical mind: anatomy, physiology, biology, and scientific rigor form an essential foundation for me. But this rational approach has gradually been balanced with a more intuitive and sensitive dimension, indispensable for providing support.

Beyond the mind, I have indeed developed a particular awareness of the body and touch. My practice of reboutology has taught me to use my hands as a true tool for listening. Paying attention to tensions, movement, and tissue reactions allows me to capture subtle information and enrich the therapeutic relationship through a fully embodied presence.

This listening to the body resonates directly with my passion for the plant world. Long before their therapeutic uses, it is the observation of plants from seed to flower, through their rhythms and transformations, that inspires me. Observing plants is observing the laws of life , finding in human beings these same needs for adaptation, rootedness, and cycles.

This philosophy finds its full expression in MTE naturopathy. By linking the four temperaments, elements, seasons, and humors, this tradition offers a holistic framework where the human microcosm responds to the macrocosm of nature. For me, the individual is not isolated from their environment: they follow its movements and resonances.

Today, my practice lies at the intersection of scientific knowledge, touch, observation, and the plant world. Refusing to reduce a person to a mere symptom, I welcome each individual in their uniqueness, their history, and their constitution. After seven years of this journey, I continue to learn with the same rigor and the same keen listening skills to support life in all its complexity.

Our Approach...

We are not generalities. We are unique, in motion, shaped by our history, our emotions, and our choices, but we are never separate from the world. We are part of it. The seasons, places, food, the rhythm of our days, and our environment resonate with our inner world.

Our approach is grounded in rigorous knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biological mechanisms, while going beyond mere numbers to understand their underlying meaning. Inspired by the deep roots of traditional European medicine and informed by the latest scientific studies, we observe what flows, what stagnates, and what calls for balance.

Naturopathy is for us an invitation to listen to this ongoing dialogue between body and mind, between our needs and the rhythm of the world.

Every body is unique, and so is every journey. It's not about imposing rules, but about restoring meaning, autonomy, and gentleness to everyday choices. Far from offering miracle solutions, we help you refine your self-perception so you can readjust, step by step.

We will alternate tools according to what is right for you: nutrition, herbalism, movement, breathing, ancestral techniques, or emotional support. Our compass remains that invisible thread connecting the body, heart, and mind.

Feel. Observe. Understand.
More than a method, it's a way to connect with oneself with greater awareness, balance, and freedom. A dynamic, respectful approach, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace towards a health that suits them.
