Health is not found, it is cultivated.

You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a whole to be encountered.

Traditional European Medicine draws its roots from ancient wisdom, that of natural cycles, the four elements, and the rhythms of the body. It reminds us that each being is a microcosm in balance, vibrating to the rhythm of the seasons, breath, and emotions.

Rather than fighting symptoms, MTE encourages listening to the body's subtle language, respecting its deepest needs, and supporting its vital force. It is an art of self-care, holistically, in harmony with nature and its rhythms.

The MTE teaches us that health is a living, fragile and changing balance, which must be cultivated with gentleness, care and respect.

Naturopathy, according to us...

It's when you've "tried everything," when you want to take control of your health again, that you no longer know how. It's when you finally have advice tailored to the uniqueness of your body and the complexity of your history. There are no miracle solutions, no predetermined paths, only balances to rediscover, avenues to explore, as unique as each person.

One day, a friend said:

"Moving forward doesn't always mean continuing straight ahead. Sometimes, moving forward means taking a step to the side."

And we believe that regaining balance begins there:
through this step aside,
through a new way of listening, and through a comprehensive approach to your needs, whatever they may be, and this in cooperation with you, your doctor and the nature that surrounds you.

The 4 Hypocratic Temperaments

Hippocratic medicine , the cradle of ETM, is based on the balance of four humors (blood, yellow bile, black bile, lymph) linked to natural elements and our temperaments.

Each person is a unique blend of these forces:
🜁 Sanguine (air) – enthusiastic, warm
🜄 Phlegmatic (water) – calm, peaceful
🜂 Bilious (fire) – willful, intense
🜃 Melancholic (earth) – thoughtful, sensitive

Health, according to this view, is a living balance, linked to the seasons, emotions, and our deepest rhythms. Rather than treating an isolated symptom, this approach encourages understanding the underlying constitution and restoring harmony to the whole system.
