Our follow-ups...

Medical history
First and foremost, there is listening. The initial consultation is that precious moment when you share your story, your feelings, your lifestyle habits. It's a time for connection, where every detail matters, every word has its place. Together, we trace the thread of your vitality to understand its challenges, its driving forces, and its possibilities. This is the first step toward a deeply personalized approach, respectful of who you are.
The "In Between"
Between the fading days of childhood and the emerging adulthood, an intimate and fragile struggle unfolds. This transition "between two worlds" is a terrain of uncertainty, upheaval, and profound quests. I offer attentive support for young people who are not yet old but already too grown up, to build confidence in body and mind, and to provide tools for self-discovery and self-respect in the specific needs of adolescence.
MTE consultation
Traditional European Medicine (TEM) is the foundation of our health traditions. Every person is unique, every path is different. Naturopathic care allows us to support your progress step by step, according to your current needs. We observe, we adjust, we support. Through personalized lifestyle advice, carefully selected herbs, and simple natural tools, you can rediscover yourself and make small changes into lasting allies.
Remote monitoring
Perfect for travelers at heart and/or digital nomads who want to take care of their well-being ;) Naturopathic consultations and advice via Zoom, tailored to your ever-changing lifestyle! Beyond time zones and borders, we take the time to adjust, rebalance, and listen to what your body is telling you. To develop strategies that travel with you.
Athletic Coaching
Every discipline is different. This personalized program supports your practice to improve your performance and recovery time while preventing joint wear and tear: tailored nutrition, targeted exercises, natural treatments, and advice to support flexibility, endurance, and muscle development. A space to listen to your body, prevent exhaustion, and fuel your movement.
The "not now"
For moms (or dads!) who are short on time. Because taking care of yourself as a parent often means being squeezed in between commutes, three "When are we going to eat?!" questions, and a video conference. This support is designed for you, the everyday heroes who don't have the time, but desperately need it. Clear advice, a listening ear, and simple solutions to fit into your already overflowing schedule. Because even between loads of laundry, your well-being matters.
Our practices...
Naturopathy
The naturopathy I offer is a path to reconciliation with your body, your rhythms, and your true nature. Through gentle and accessible guidance, we will move together towards a more conscious lifestyle: raw food, restorative sleep, breathing exercises, movement, connecting with nature, herbal medicine, manual techniques, iridology… Step by step, you will learn to take charge of your well-being by cultivating what truly sustains you.
Suction Cups
Cupping is an age-old technique, serving movement and liberation. It helps to loosen, decongest, and awaken stagnation. Its action is profound, sometimes surprising, but always gentle. Whether applied gently or intensely, it supports the body in its need to release tension, purify, and regain vitality.

Sympathicotherapy
Also known as endonasal reflexology, this is a gentle therapeutic approach that acts directly on the nasal mucosa through the insertion of specific probes or sticks. By stimulating precise reflex points, this method aims to rebalance the autonomic nervous system and soothe functional disorders often exacerbated by chronic stress.
Reflexology
A non-invasive treatment method that applies specific pressure to reflex zones located on the soles of the feet, each corresponding to a specific organ or area of the body. By stimulating these points, this technique aims to release energy blockages, promote blood and lymphatic circulation, and restore the body's overall physiological balance. It acts as a complementary tool to relieve stress, soothe functional disorders, and support the body's natural healing processes.

Psychobiology
Psychology explores the links between the body, emotions, and personal and family history. It helps us understand how certain symptoms or behaviors can be rooted in unconscious patterns. The approach is based on observation and interpretation. An emerging branch examines how trauma and negative emotions can affect cells and epigenetics, and how to repair them.
Massages
When words fall silent, touch becomes the messenger. Each massage is an invitation to let go, to reconnect with your body, to release what weighs you down. Guided by listening and presence, I offer you a space of care and calm, to release tension, stimulate circulation, and soothe your inner self. A moment to breathe, to feel… and simply to be.

Baunsheidt
A skin stimulation method that uses fine, superficial micro-stimulations with a tool called the Lebenswecker to locally stimulate tissues and elicit a skin response. This technique uses an ointment or oil known as Baunscheidt oil, which aims to stimulate circulation and soothe rheumatic pain by creating controlled irritation that activates the body's natural defense mechanisms to promote tissue healing and reduce local inflammation.

Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle manual technique using rhythmic, light movements that stimulate the lymphatic system. By promoting the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste, this method aims to reduce swelling, strengthen the immune system, and soothe tissue tension. It helps restore bodily fluidity and supports the body's natural detoxification abilities, providing a feeling of lightness and overall well-being.

Micronutrition
A preventative and therapeutic approach that aims to correct imbalances in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and essential fatty acids to optimize cellular function. By identifying and addressing specific deficiencies, often invisible but profoundly impacting metabolism, this discipline seeks to restore natural defenses, improve energy levels, and support the body's regulatory processes in response to stress and the environment.
Energy healing
A subtle process guided by the laws of quantum physics, using the waves and vibrations that permeate your daily life. This treatment aims to restore movement where energy stagnates and to release traumas or shocks stored in your cellular memory. A profound moment to reactivate energy flow and reharmonize your inner spaces.
Reboutology
A hands-on approach that encourages attentive listening to the body through touch. With our hands, we pay attention to sensations, tensions, and tissue movements, in a gentle and individualized approach. Touch then becomes another way to connect with the body, complementing listening, observation, and dialogue with the individual.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy uses the thermal properties of water to regulate physiological functions. Hot methods, such as Dr. Salmanoff's hyperthermic turpentine bath, induce vasodilation to relax muscles and reduce tension. Conversely, cold methods, such as Kneipp affusions, stimulate the vascular system and boost immunity. Alternating these temperatures creates a "pumping" effect that promotes the elimination of toxins and restores the body's dynamic balance.
